Why don’t I receive my score?

​​​​​​We do not release assessment results to applicants for a number of reasons. First, programs use responses to the assessment in a variety of ways, meaning that assessment results may be extremely competitive for one program and less competitive for another. These results may also be used in a combination of other applicant factors. Thus, any feedback from SelectWise may not provide accurate or sufficient insight into program standing. Additionally, responses are calculated into a total numeric number that is not broken down by areas or topics covered. Sharing this information with applicants would not provide any insights into professional learning or developmental opportunities. Finally, test security is a major concern. Distribution of results and feedback could compromise the proprietary and confidential nature of the assessment, potentially creating inequitable opportunities for future applicants.
