I just clicked on an assessment for the first time and it says I've already answered questions. Why?

The system does not require you to complete any redundant items. If any programs to which you are applying share common items, you will only have to complete these once. Thus, you may be invited to complete an assessment from a new organization, but will have "received credit" for answering some items before starting the new assessment.
